I like the clean lines and simple color schemes. I've done "chaotic" stuff before let me just resize it to show you in a second.
But most minimalist stuff is just easy on the eyes when we have a world of constant input and sensations.

Oh, I get it now. No wonder I don't find it much appealing. I like some challenge in my art, I like to see the paintings of the masters and wonder how the heck did they made it. But yes, if you put it in a modern time of constant stimuli from all parts I guess some minimalistic work can be good for others.

If course, but I tried to go for chaos, lines that didn't follow a certain pattern, techniques I used as a kid, as in scrawling haphazardly on the canvas and choosing crayons instead of full watercolors.
Needless to say I didn't pass with flying colors since I had to do something I'm not comfortable with, The minimalistic art is more my cup of tea, >>751734015 as an example.
So I've moved to computerized art because the lines can be smoother and it takes away the human errors.

I get that, but I see art as an expression as I'm sure you do. But I don't feel like it necessarily needs the "human" input to be expressive, as more and more work turns electronic so does art in the future, at least in my opinion
