I have insomnia. Many nights I just lie in bed. Sometimes I pass out mid chat, and some nights I hardly sleep.
Have you spoken to a doctor about this? I'm sure they have pills of some sort or another.
I have worked hard to get rid of my Insomnia, now I get a good usual 6-7 hours like a healthy adult.
I can't just lie in bed very well I'll instead just read books or watch stuff on my phone.
