Not the worst I've ever seen, but it's still pretty bad. You do have potential though, I'd recommend figure drawing practice. at first dont focus on getting the shape of the body itself, just try and get the ratio of limb-torso-head right. and as with anything, practice practice practice. from there you can move on to shapes. everything is made of different shapes, its just figuring out what shapes go where and how they look from different angles.

the most important thing is using reference images. very few artists can just draw whats in their heads outright. drawing a cat girl? look at pictures of cat heads and study the shapes. or just go on e621 and look at the millions of cat girls on there to see which ones fit your style best. When youre learning, theres nothing wrong with just outright copying someone else's work. it'll help you develop your own style as you figure out what works for you and what doesnt.
