This *human* interpretation is then presented as gospel by their chosen or inherited ministry. The first confusion here is that the flat-Earth religious zealots put the onus on *you* to prove the current description of the Earth as oblate spheroidal ("round"). That's not really necessary, because evidence and explanations are available in schools, libraries, museums, from astronomers amateur and professional, on the web, and even dumb old TV. They have no interest in knowledge. They're here to argue to convince you that you're as stupid as they are, and should believe the same crap they do.
They have the freedom to make shit up because truth and understanding are not their goals. They believe their arguments are good enough to sway you, because they themselves don't think. By disavowing any science put forward and continuously prevaricating, they can argue forever by simply accusing you of being wrong, and still be perfectly happy that theirs is God's work. They concentrate on parroting their leaders and may project onto you the moniker "sheeple" as they desperately try to prevent your explanation from marring their fractured perception of the universe. Putting up satellites is really expensive. To have one the simply stares down at the Earth from a high orbit doesn't really serve any purpose. That would be a luxury. That said, we do have weather satellites. Take a lok at east and west from GOES for the US, for instance. 30-minute delays.

A picture or video taken from a satellite in orbit around the earth wouldn't be able to capture the spin of the earth because its in motion around the earth. Actually, the constellations do change. We have quickly-moving stars such as Barnard's Star where we can see the change over just a few days, to those so far away that we don't see any change over the course of human history. These include the vast majority of stars. So they appear not to change. But go back a dozen millennia, and a few things would appear weird, if you know today's sky.

The earth is round. Want proof? Watch a boat sail away from shore. As it slowly dips beneath the horizon and out of view, you can tell that there is a roundness to the earth. If there wasn't, you would simply watch the ship keep going and going and going and going forever, as long as you had a powerful enough teliscope you should be able to watch as it nears its destination.
The fact you can no longer see a ship once it gets some serious distance on your position shows the earth is flat. If it wasn't, "horizon" wouldn't exist.

That depends on whats in the way of the perspective, if the area was flat and there was nothing in the way, then no actually you could watch me walk to the parking lot, get in my car, and drive down the road until I eventually went behind something. If there was no curve and nothing to cover my car, you could consiveibly watch as I drove home, got out, and got in my house, you might need some binoculars because human eyes could only see so much, but still. If the earth curves though, and you're on a flat road in the middle of the desert, no trees or anything to obscure your view, you watch as a car drives by, with a teliscope you watch as it goes further and further, and even if you could watch it go for as far as you wanted, it would still appear to dip below the horizonal line and be gone.

Having a flat earth wouldn't be possible in this universe due to the radiating effects of gravity. Stronger in the core and radiating out causes material to collect towards the strongest points. While that doesn't mean that massive items are perfect spheres, it does mean it approaches a sphere the bigger it gets due to its mass.

If you are to go lets say, 100 miles up, from the ground, you should easily be able to see everything in either direction, if you are in India when you do this you should be able to see the Arctic from where you are, but you can't. You can't see it because the earth curves upward, if it didn't you should be able to see everything from that high up, but you can't. Once you get beyond the atmosphere you start to see a curve, we know this because Astronauts have been that far up, but mysteriously, any time you are brought high enough to see the curve you dismiss the evidence and call it a "government conspiracy." It sends out a beam of light, splits the beam into 2 1 kilometer long tunnels that are perpendicular to each other. The light is reflected back and they compare the waves against each other. If one of them comes back faster than the other one, it's because the distance between the emitter and the end of one of the tunnels changed while the light was traveling.
