I have been looking, but when I think about it, is anything really going to change? Sure it might be less dangerous, but the people will still be assholes and it'll still be stressful. At least where I am, I have seniority, I can do most of the jobs, and I can still work with a few of the good people. Sometimes its better to suffer now while I'm young instead of suffering later in life
