Brother was playing the latest Deus Ex (that I've heard about anyway) and Warframe. I spent a few days over at his house and was showing him some of the Mass Effect series. I need to find more stuff to play at some point, but for a while I wasn't home long enough to bother getting into anything. Don't spend much time on vidya when you're working 7-10 hours a day *every* day with a bit over an hour travel each way... go home, eat something, go the fuck to sleep and do it again the next day.
Playing Commander Cameltoe at the moment, might as well finish the "modded for lots of extra difficulty and content" run of ME3 I started

In the whole series, I've always played as a soldier. Bonus Electronics in the first, Squad Warp Ammo in the second, bonus Slam in the third. Shielding, dealing with barriers and armor better (Collectors being the douchewaffles they are) and fast-recharge high-damage crowd control. Combine with Liara and Javik's Lift Grenades, nothing can move and there's biotic detonations everywhere. Also guns, lots of guns

Sentinel for me, all day erryday, all the powers i want and took assault rifle as my bonus power. Two is second verse same as the first, pick up AR did tits'n tats loyalty asap for heavy warp ammo. And in three im rockin mid-high recharge, pistol and AR, and since im a one man do-it-all i pick squad mates based on mood. Also in 3, ammo powers are affected by power damage so thats fuckin fun.

In 2, I'm not sure I could play anything that doesn't have access to the Widow. I tried it once and fell in love with it. Even on Insanity, a Heightened Rush headshot will kill anything except scions/harbinger/heavy mechs. May only get 13 total shots, but it's a wonderful I'M TIRED OF YOUR SHIT weapon. Can do something like 1900 damage to an armored target, still only takes two shots to kill one of the big things. What else would you expect to happen to the poor sap in front of a 39kg rifle?
