I myself can do the xray trick but my turnout is about only 1 in 3 or so. Just because it's tight clothing doesn't mean it's possible to see stuff. Lighting plays a giant role in xraying things.

Idk about OP, but with my skills probably not. It looks like it has a filter, the necklace is probably blocking a nipple, and The pattern on the shirt would probably throw off stuff for me. At least for me, xrays need to be solid color with nothing on the shirt. Any different color around the nipples or where I'd use the selector tool can throw off light levels enough to make it a pain in the ass, but that grey isn't too bad.
