you could get a pan. throw in some meat, garlic, onions, some seasoning(read Italian mixed herbs) then brown

then add a tin of chopped tomatos, some mushrooms and peppers. a bit of Tomato paste to thicken it up.
and simmer till the spaghetti's done.

bonus points: grating some hard cheese on top

Nah man.
You dice an onion and a garlic. You fry that shit in sunflower oil.
Then you add meat, salt, pepper and stir that shit until it's cooked. Then you add ketchup and parsley and simmer for 5 minutes. Then you serve it on top of macaroni and cover it with grated cheese and microwave until the cheese is melted.
