As it stands now they have far cheaper education (aboriginal parents get paid to put their kids through school, instead of paying), better welfare and far better support programs than any other race. The chances are there for them. There's nothing holding them back. Basically every major business has a program to help Aboriginal people get jobs.
I said before that aboriginals hate other aboriginals more than anyone else. They lack a sense of personal belonging when it comes to family. "What's yours is mine". This means it is essentially impossible to actually make something out of yourself without cutting off your entire extended family, because anything you earn they think it's okay to take.
