You can either have slim fit or regular fit on a woman's shirt, both tend to work, but when you do something in the middle like Tatsumaki's, you lose the benefits of both. It pulls and bags in all the wrong places and looks awkward. The cursed middle ground kinda goes for it all of the design, sleeves, collar, neck cut, even the skirt part, though I actually do believe her bottom could be saved by redesigning the top, without changing her body or losing her general character. you'd just have to move some fabric and seams. As for the hair, it's very monotone. I guess she could manipulate it, but it gives of the feel that every tassel is manipulated and highly controlled separately, which I think is kinda weird. Had it not been as monotone it might have come off stronger to me.
