This time, I cooked sweet potato and white potato in a veg stock, with garlic and ginger
Then I added spicy lentils
Then mushroom and noodles. The trick was not to have an abundance of ingredients in the pot so it isnt gluggy. Sorry I can't be more precise, I usually just listen to music and don't take too much notice of the time
