get all that shit out of the sink, pour an eighth of a cup of dishwashing liquid into the drainhole, let it sit for about a half hour, then pour boiling water straight down the hole.
after it drains pour some more dishwashing liquid down there, and more boiling water.
repeat the boiling water thing four or five times.
as a property manager i can tell you 2 things:
1) never flush paper towel
2) never pour grease down your sink or toilet.
OP you should try to light it up, it burns out pretty nicely and leaves no traces - and to moderate the fire, pour some water in the fire once in a while. It doesn't matter what you use to light it tbh.

Trace the pipe down to your basement, look about 3 feet from where it joins into the main that connects to the black water drain out of you house.
If you're not a nigger and live in a fairly new home and the pipes are PVC, measure, go to Home depot and get a join and some straps that tighten...get bucket ready, cut pipe...drain..it's still not draining from top, get a wet/dry shop-vac and duct tape to pipe, sealing and turn on shop-vac to suck the shit out..once clear, put on the join and tighten/seal.

After all thats done put the P trap back on and flush with hot water and dont dump oil down the drain again
