OK, I've downloaded it, but everything is in moonrunes. When I try to run the installer after mounting disk 1 it just stops right after the installing bar appears. WTF do i do?

You need to mount the disk using daemon tools, and you need to run the setup in japanese locale with Locale Emulator.

It can break a lot of things without locale emulator, and it can be weird things, like not being able to load characters into the game.... for example.
Heck in AA not having locale emulator meant that all your dialogue options would fail.
