PROTIP: Both. I seem to find different files so I always run both. And I've found that running undelete plus or undelete 360, I forget which, recovers some files better than testdisk that you can use a jpeg extractor to get a good file out of one that both programs deem unrecoverable.

Testdisk is also very good. I totally recommend using Testdisk, Recuva, and Diskdigger whenever you try to recover data.
Sometimes one of them finds what the others are incapable of finding, but the results always vary.
Use all 3 of them, and others as well.
