It sucked dick and I had horrible anxiety while going there and being there for a while, but after talking to the nurse then doctor I felt alright. Not that kind of clinic; a mental health clinic. It's the place where I went to see a counselor which I'll be doing again next month. It's a nice place and it's designed like a home to feel more welcoming, but I still don't like that I have to do this shit.

I kinda know how you feel, I've been in and around a number of similar clinics, for my own health on several occasions.
really I think we'd be healthier as a society if more people went to see counselors/mental health professionals on a regular basis
it's natural to be nervous or uncomfortable - you have to talk to basically complete strangers about your intimate thoughts and feeling - but just remember that almost every person working in that field got into it in the first place because of a strong desire to help others

Yeah, I guess that's true. The doctor was a cool guy, too. Calm, soft spoken. That part wasn't too bad, but I don't know if I'm going to like talking to a counselor next month.
