ITT we post overrated shit gaymes for autistic 10 year olds.
Let me start with the classic
THE LAST OF US
was a very sexist game.
I can't play it, because all the human enemies were male.
Naughtydog is sexist.
I wish they would redo it with Female enemy humans.
I'm playing last of us for the first time and I kinda agree. Tess is shown being over the top badass smashing and destroying zombies. I get the impression that this game is heavily influenced by feminists, and I don't like it.
>Call of Duty: anything
>No Man's Sky
>Legend of Zelda
It's the same fucking game every time
>Gears of War
>God of War
skyrim, oblivion and probably the rest of the elder scrolls series. how can people play that shit? it has nothing but endless amounts of boring and monotonous sidequests, none of which seem to ahve any impact on anything, a non existing or completely irrelevant story and a "realistic" open world littered with useless junk.
Not to mention the very, very weird facial animations of npcs when they're talking to you in oblivion. Those must have been done by an autist.
I guess it couldn't be more obvious
Just finished playing this for the PS4 and I have to agree. It had a fun story, but was barely a game. You basically walked forward for most of the time, and had 5 minute cover shooting battles. Pretty lame after a while.
weak b8. kill yourself, autistic nigger.
Yes. It's the same game with the same plot each time. There are just slight differences from time to time, but it's relatively the same (and no, Ocarina of Time was not the epitome of Zelda games). Even worse that you now have these fake-ass 'gamer girls' popping up out of nowhere, acting like Zelda's some kind of religion even though just 6-7 years ago, they'd rip on men for being legit Zelda fans.
>see this Triforce tattoo?
>it means I'm a true fan!
>Okay, how do you drain the water in Kakariko's Well?
it was still good but was overrated, if it was not for the story and visuals to make up for the lack of gameplay, it would have just been seen as mediocre.
now here's my piece
>(1)Skyrim, (2)All the Assassins Creed games, (3)Halo, (4)Little Big Planet, (5)FNaF, (6)Kingdom Heart past 1, (7)Any 1st party (8)Nintendo, (9)Sony and (0)Microsoft series that have spinoffs
say what you like about the others, but *single* was ahead of it's time.
forgot the picture, kek
>fallus: new vegas
I played it when it first came out, with Gameshark cheats, Master Quest, etc. I'm not saying it was a bad game, but it gets way more hype than it deserves.
A Link to the Past, followed by Majora's Mask.
>A Link to the Past, followed by Majora's Mask
>Overrated Garbage Tier
>Not knowing that the Minish Cap is the true epitome of Zelda
I posted this, just thought I'd say that.
The last of us is fuckin amazing, and I've spend countless hours on skyrim..I've played morrowind in the past, and oblivion. But I never really got into them like I did skyrim. is this all just a big joke for you all to rant like 13 year olds, or do you actually hate these games. Convince me skyrim and the last of us are terrible games. Not with bullshit arguments either
This. Seriously, there are a lot of ways to have fun in this game, just google power crouch stab, ISG, bomb hover, DoT skip, CS skip for any given snorefest cutscene (these techniques turn boring cutscenes into challenging parts of the game), megaflip, super-slide, WESS, HESS or any of the countless clips and boss key skips. Am I forgetting anything?
Pilot Wings 64
Didn't bother with Minish Cap.
Skyrim is a bunch of fetch quests, go here, grab this, bring back. You can literally ignore every quest dialougue because map marker shows you where to go every time. No challenge whatsoever, no meaningful choices, no legitimate way to be an evil character, you can join and become leader of every guild, regardless of proficiency, spell crafting is too limited, increasing stats its too limited. At least in Morrowind the devs respected your intelligence. You have to figure shit out from quest logs and convos with npc's, who may lie to you, shit isn't scaled to your level so you can walk in somewhere and get wrecked, knowing you have to go level up and come back later. almost no restrictions on spellcrafting, the game doesn't hold your fucking hand. Skyrim looks pretty, and is fun for a few hours, but its boring and repititive. Fs your a dragonborn playing politician trying to resolve some bullshit civil war. Actions have no consequence. It sucks ass
Your such a autistic asshole, /b/ is full of edgy kids now I guess. Admittly I did browser when I was around 14, but it's been six years since I've been on here. Your sperm cell Shouldn't have won
it's immersive, it's a world within a game, it's an experience. that's what games should be, a beautiful memory... it becomes a part of us, and after time has passed, we'll fondly reminisce about it.
One of my very favorite games is dark souls. Because I can choose to do what I want. But just because devs want to make things simpler and too the point, (call it lazy if you want) don't make it a bad game. As far as repetevness goes, you have a variety of ways to choose how you want to go at it..
Yea I'll sure reminisce about every forgettable fetch quest. How can I be immersed in something when half the time I'm skeeving over mountains to get to a quest marker, where I have to tackle yet another copy pasted dungueon, to get some arbitrary item needed to further some other boring fetch quest. You literally dont take any of it in, you just run zombified from one point to another without any thought or planning. It's boring.
Nah, it's for idiots who can't recognise simple patterns in their heads like human beings need to be able to do to survive. Devs treat you like a moron, hold your hand every step of the way. No danger of jumping into an area that can fuck you up, no danger of actually having to use your brain to figure out a puzzle, nope. People dont like that, people want to be taken on a tour of the game, rather than discover it themselves. Fucking overrated shit
dark souls saving grace is thats its mediocrely hard
Any of the halo games set on legendary result in more deaths then dark souls, because once you map an enemies attack, you assrape them. Then once youbeat the bosses you have jack shit to do
online is awful mess with the case always being gankers vs 1 player
>Get off the Dark souls bandwagon, its a casuals game now
Halo is still a casual game because it doesn't have a set difficulty allowing for casual players to still play through while dark souls has a fixed difficulty that will destroy most inexperienced players.
I don't think you understand the gamer term "casual" very well anon.
Halo is still fucking great though.
KH 2 was good. Birth By Sleep was meh. The rest are shit. I'm just waiting for 3 to come out so i can finally know what fucking happens. But considering that its a jrpg they're probably just going to use the power of friendship to kill some god-like being.
This is advanced autism, congratulations
Isn't that the best thing about the game? Figuring out the enemy's patterns, beating the boss that took you forever to defeat, killing other players or helping them, whatever you want. Dark souls isn't for everyone. But by your standard of hand holding, that game has little to no hand holding..
Minecraft is mediocore. Its just all the cancerous 12 year olds that tried to hop on the Lets Play bandwagon that turned into the shit fest of a meme that we know it as today.
But i suppose the only reason im saying this is because someone made a working 8-bit computer inside of the game.
In case you were doubtful.
Only a select few find enjoyment in The Witness. I do myself but most people enjoy something that has more than just 400+ line puzzles and self righteous sounding audio clips.
idk about minecraft, i thought it was pretty solid. it was a well-made game and it was fun to screw around in, except the entire fanbase is 10/40 year old faggots and now it's the cringiest shit ever
Maybe I didn't give this game a fair shake, but I just don't see how people like this game. Your companions talk way too much or is completely nonsensical. The controls feel awkward I can't really explain it... And the load times are pretty rough. It really just feels and looks like a really up-rez PS2, early Classic Xbox game. I cannot see the charm in it, AT ALL... The worst part is, I was super hyped since the beginning announcement of the game.
fuck you and fuck your shit ass bait
the last of us is one of the greatest games of all time
op hardcore 14 year old xbox fan?
This fucking game. Holy hell, it is the only game I bought "Day One" and returned within a couple of hours. FUCK THIS PIECE OF SHIT!
>ctrl + f
>Legends only mentioned twice
Here, have another vote
I don't get why this is even a thing...?
I kind of liked the idea of this magical island where you can find ideas and viewpoints from all over the world. and you for some reason have been chosen to experience it all by yourself
i mean the last of us did a lot of things right and was what a lot of people wanted when it comes to a zombie apocalypse setting. well polished too though i can say the starting sequence and the ending were overrated
League of Legends is a shit tier 2/10 online game plagued with a toxic community of try-hards.
Skyrim and bethesda games in general are just boring, buggy glitch-fests that are only playable with mods, because the actual developers don't bother with quality control. All the quests are fetch quests, and the difficulty curve is all kinds of retarded - once you pass level 20, you're basically Thor.
Resident Evil's storyline is actually retarded. It's like a 12 year old wrote it.
Metal Gear Solid is also extremely retarded. It's pretty much a 12 year old's idea of what is cool. And each game only gets progressively more stupid. You'd have to be a preteen to think it's deep or cool.
What I'm getting from this thread is that every game ever made is shit.
git gud and praise the sun am i right guyse? xD
Yeah remember those shit sidequests in oblivion, for example when the ship tavern you were sleeping in gets kidnapped by pirates, or when you go into a dream world to save a dude, or when 3 chicks approach you and you think you'll get the succ but it turns out they are robbers, or when the vampire slaying organization turns out to be full of vampires, or when you crash into a party to remove everyones clothes with a spell for a fucking demon prince of giggles?
Skyrim was boring tho
I love MGS but I have to agree, the story is borderline retarded. That's the charm of it though, it's not supposed to be ultrarealistic or strictly fantasy. Takes real world themes, adds mechs and people who can control the elements and NANOMACHINES.
hold it right there, Battlefield 3 was amazing, and Battlefield 1 is going to be their next big one, I can feel it.
After all this time of making these shitty Battlefield games (including Battlefront, Bfront + Hardline was just a time staller so they can master their new engine) but still having good gameplay results like the legendary Battlefield moments, BF is overdue for a good game.
>Legend of Zelda
I will unironically second you on that. I enjoyed LttP, but I've tried OoT, Majora's Mask, Twilight Princess, and Skyward Sword, and never enjoyed any of them. They're just so fucking boring, and Link always feels stiff and clunky to me.
Which is weird, cos Metroid Prime is my favorite game of all time, and they have a lot of similarities. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
Halo series (even tho I do like it)
Legend of Zelda (remake of a remake of a remake, but I like it)
Monster Hunter (remake of a remake of a remake)
Dynasty Warriors (remake of a re- I think you get it)
Jak and Daxter (Ratchet and Clank was better. Get over it)
Call of Duty series (remake of a re-)
Pac-man (it IS actually shit. your nostalgia glasses are just fagging up your vision)
So just because a game has a powerful female character, it's obviously influenced by feminists? I guess COD, LOL, and virtually every other game where you can play as a girl is by that logic.
I don't know why people keep naming the Zelda series as overrated when OP was talking about specific games. For example I'd agree that OoT might be over rated but not the Oracle games. I've never physically met a human being who'd played those. Unlike COD in which all the BO are overrated.
>Hurr fucking durr I buy it for the zambys
The early CODs were good and MW3 was the last good one. Pretty much every other game I know people like for no reason is named though.
Working on this one. Every time I play this I can't help but wish they let Obsidian develop this
You can say Hardline and Battlefield 4 suck. They do really. But never talk shit about bf3 fag that shit was cash
Seconded. Gameplay was weak as hell and repetitive. Calls itself open world but claustrophobic with invisible walls and no choices. Awful bullshit with no incentive to keep playing.
This spawned one of the biggest cancer pools in quite a while. Why couldn't it have gone unnoticed so that i can actually enjoy it without being instantly criticized for enjoying its story.
