Another incredibly important aspect is to practice properly. Copying photos and paintings only teaches you so much. Drawing from life is incredibly important, as it teaches you to actually interpret 3 dimensional forms, instead of just tracing outlines.

Hey man, totally understandable. Most people go through similar phases in their lives. How old are you? Are you going to school? Is school an option? Although it can be a bitch to pay for college, it certainly helps with finding new areas of study/interest. If school is an issue due to money, just look up something that interests you and learn how to do it. School, honestly, isn't even a necessity. Many professionals are in their fields only because they took a shot in the dark and tried something new, this goes for both creative and other types of work.

No problem. Well, have you tried your hand at anything relating to those industries? There are lots of sites that offer free programming tutorials if you're interested in game design, or, if you're interested in contributing in other ways, there are plenty of forums/subreddits that are constantly seeking helping on little indie projects. Voice actors, texture artists, and engineers are always in demand for these sorts of things, and even if the project falls through or goes nowhere, you at least have the experience of learning a new skill/meeting new people.
I unfortunately don't know shit about music, but again, if I were interested, I'd just look that shit up.
Computers are such a broad category that you could do pretty much anything. Can you narrow down these interests into individual subcategories?

I went to school for art. Worrying about getting a job did nothing for me. I just kept at it, and made sure to do work. I've been heckled by plenty of assholes before "Enjoying working at McDonalds lolololol" and shit like that. I kept myself focused, continued pursuing my goal, and Lo and behold, I've pulled in a couple grand doing commission shit while still in school, and have another $1200 commission I'm working on now. It's hardly living money, but it's a start.
You have to do the same. Find something that you're passionate for, and fucking do it.
