So I was forced to see a counselor today, which I wasn't happy about. I was already feeling really anxious, but as the lady was asking me questions, I finally started to relax. Then she asked about self-harm or suicidal thoughts or attempts.
And my fucking dumbass not only told her that I've been cutting since I was 15 - while my grandmother was right there and I highly doubt she knew about it - but I fucking told her about my suicide attempts. I even said that I took my dad's shotgun while he was gone, loaded it, and put it to my head. The worst part was that I had to think about it, but I regretted it immediately thereafter. So I'm now on this "safety program" or whatever bullshit.
