At the time (we're talking early 2000) it was probably the freshest DnD RPG to come out for PC. The story was cliche, but still captivating. Multiple classes and skill trees made for a more in-depth character creation. We take this for granted now, but every time a map was generated it was given a random seed to create a random path. No two online games were exactly alike. The loot was very expansive, and the game challenged you with increased difficulties. Another thing we take for granted now.
Basically it was pretty advanced for its time and could easily be hailed as one of the best DnD RPGs to date.

Champions of Norrath was released in 2004 for the PS2 and I don't think it can hold a candle to Diablo 2.
And with D2's expansion Lord of Destruction, and entire Act (basically a campaign chapter) was introduced, new loot, and I think TWO new classes.

One possibility is something called bacterial vaginosis, but there are other possible bacterial infections that often cause an offensive vaginal smell, sometimes 'fishy' in nature.
