tbh, it's pretty shitty, it just looks like a run of the mil edgy doodle if you ask me, no composition, no movement, monotone texture, no emotion, doesn't seem to follow any vision, just doodling from one part to the next expecting le ebin art to suddenly pop.
Find a few artist you admire, and borrow from them for a while.

The best critique I can give you is to be mindful of how you manipulate anatomy intentionally. If not, it can end up looking like a mistake rather than a design choice.
