Two miles, sadly. I try to go over that usually though, sometimes two miles and a quarter or whatever. But it's a progressive thing, so I shouldn't dwell on it.
Not very much progress, but my original intentions weren't to get healthy. I just do the running because it makes me happy, the health benefits are just kind of an added bonus. But yea, I'd assume my health would be improving. I don't think Tachycardia disappears, but I think my heart's been doing better. I don't weigh myself either. I'm also sure my cardiovascular system has improved pretty decently, but I don't know how to tell.

It does! Running or just exercise in general helps in so many ways, and not just in the physical aspect. It can help sleep, stress, and even help through depression. Don't underestimate what a little exercise can do.
