I dont know about the specifics of that loan, but pmi is usually only required for 2 years or 20% equity.
Normally after about 2 years of having a loan you will get shedloads of mail from lenders begging you to refinance with them.

Not quite, the coil pack and wires helped with ignition but I was stil having issues with stalling.
So I went to the auto parts store and got some MAF sensor cleaner and and throttle body claner. My throttle body was caked up pretty good and the idle hole(?) in it was plugged up. So I went ahead and cleaned those off and got it working just fine again.
Still need to do the radiator and the top end build?
