There is not, actually. Feminism looks for equalize the rights of women to the men that actually have. Masculism looks the same, equality, but fighting for the rights of the men to be equal as the women ones. Both movements are necessary IMO.
The problem comes when radical feminism (we call it "hembrismo" in spanish, idk the word in english), pretends to be feminism. Radical feminism and chauvinism are the "enemies" that feminism and masculism should fight against.
So, feminism looks for woman being equal to men in those aspects they are not equal yet, and masculims looks for men being equal to women in the same way.
