Because otherwise you'll just feel like shit forever, again, that is what i believe and what i tell myself. Im not better off alone, quite the opposite, i thrive with people, i work well with a partner, and im far to caring. Its my main weakness and my main strength, but as far as weaknesses go, empathy and caring isn't a bad weakness.
Feeling isn't bad guys, feeling down doesn't make you a bad person, you care and you are a good person. If you feel you care about people too much accept that and embrace it, i know its hard to actually just accept that and to live with yourself when thats the case, but its a good thing.

A lot of people do crave attention, but that kinda a symptom of loneliness, something that for many people comes hand in hand with depression.
Like, if you don't want to read this shit, or if it makes you feel sad or whatever i understand, it isn't nice to read, but then don't read it.
For a lot of people, me included it helps to talk to people, even if those people are randoms on a s/fur thread on /b/ at 2 in the morning.
Anonymity, lets a lot of people vent, without fear of being judged by people they know.
Sorry if we made you feel sad man, but for a lot of poeople who feel down, this can really help.
