I know my resting is about 50 right now, but I don't know my active and super active rates. If I had to guess, when I'm working my hardest I'm at like 140 and that's typically after doing T25, running a mile and a half, lifting at the gym and then running another mile and a half, within about an hour and a half to two hours. i wouldn't be surprised if it's higher than that.
But that's a guess. I guess I should get a HRM sometime
