1. Curb appeal - You must first be intrigued to walk in or "drive-up" to experience what the establishment has to offer. Off the list? McDonald's, Burger King, Sonic. Why? Generic and comfort level choices, you only go because you know they have food.
2. Customer Service - Walk in and receive excellent customer service? Good place!
3. Interior smells & sounds - Another reason most places fail, McDonald's usually has a semi-vomit aroma as do many places.
4. Presentation of options and simplicity of ordering - Not just ease of ordering, a good food place makes decisions jump off the menu.
5. Taste and after meal feeling - Yes! Taste is good! add the after meal feeling in and you can finally choose!
