Literally everything from the trek universe is technically overpowered by a massive degree compared to Star Wars. A couple of borg cubes or a tiny fleet of federation starships would basically decimate the empire or the rebellion... The fact that the primary weapon type in the star wars universe is something that is 100% ineffective against fed / klingon / vulcan / etc etc etc shield tech basically means they're fucked right off the bat.
Pretty sure a single galaxy or sovereign class starship could warp in, dump enough firepower (some quantum torpedoes ought to do it) to completely decimate the weaponised part of the death star then warp out again before anyone even knew what the fuck was going on...
As for infantry, well, no doubting that seemingly everyone in starfleet aims about as bad as fucking stormtrooper. But realistically some pulse phaser rifles would be every bit as effective as a laser rifle. If you bring the borg into things there's basically no competition. I'd like to see a small team of MAKO's basically wipe out a battalion of storm troopers though, good shit.
Star wars works because EVERYTHING in its universe is at the same underdeveloped level, so no one's really at an advantage. Apples to oranges. As for the force, well, they'd have to get close enough to use it effectively.

the Enterprise is not a military ship. A Victory Class Star Destroyer wouldn't even need to get close, send out your waves of fighters, bombers and interceptors and it's GG Enterprise.
Add to the fact very few of the Empire's forces go it alone - you've always got 2, 3 or 4 Star Destroyers as a carrier group.

As previously said above, the Enterprise's shields would stop the majority of the Empire's weaponry. I'm sure it wouldn't take long for them to work around that. However, Tie fighter pilots fly like they're in a WWII dogfight. Federation ships target multiple targets accurately and effectively. Depending on how shields work in a galaxy far away, a Federation ship may be able to use the transporter offensively. I'm picturing Vader "surrendering" in the face of superior technology, then killing every crew member of the Enterprise personally.
