Yes but it's hit or miss, /b/ has very shitty mods that ignore 90% of the spam so if you do it for days Statisticly you will get banned, however the bans are usualy short or you can reset your router IP and unban yourself.

Hence the reason I run a VPN server on my home network. I lease it out to people to use as a proxy on an as-needed basis.

I'm not entirely sure if my IP is static or dynamic. I do remember trying to follow a couple of guides using the command prompt, and it never worked for reasons I can't remember, but I was very thorough and tried for something like 6+ hours. Still not sure what the problem was. I'm definitely considering getting a VPN.
