Zootopia is out on Bluray so I finally made a higher quality version of that webm.
Bluray (6Mbps, H.264) -> ffmpeg (Half speed, huffyuv) -> avisynth (interframe() interpolation to 30fps) -> ffmpeg (6Mbps, VP8)
