How do I distance myself emotionally from women?
I'm sick of meeting a girl I really like, and telling her how pretty she is and charming her up, only to see her smile, and really enjoying talking to her, only for her to turn around and treat me like shit. Like being aloof, talking to other guys in front of me, checking out other guys, avoiding me, taking advantage of me, the list goes on
I'm just sick of it. It really hurts my feelings as gay as that sounds. I either get really mad or really sad. How do I stop this?

It sounds like you're being too nice and nice in a friendly way. If I'm right then you were exactly the same as I was a couple of years ago. I basically just thought of women as if they were the same as my male friends (doing shit, making banter, jokingly being mean and acting confident like I don't give a fuck) and my love life got a lot better. Don't think each girl is unique because they're not, there's lots more like them. Show them that you can do fine on your own and then they'll realise that when you're being nice, it's for a reason.

One thing you have to do is remember that girls are stupid as fuck. I know this sounds terrible but it's absolutely true. The way their brains work is very different from ours - for good and bad reasons, and you can't ever assume they are seeing things the way you're seeing them.
Girls like confidence. More than anything. Good looks, money, success, etc - those are all great but confidence trumps everything else. I could go into more how that's biological, reasons for it, etc. Just fucking trust me.
So we've established that girls are dumb and into confident (not necessarily arrogant) guys. The third thing is you need to stop giving a fuck. This is tough but necessary. The more you give a fuck, the more a girl will know you're faking your confidence act. Barring any mental illness, dadraping them, wild insecurities, etc, they do NOT get turned on by a guy who is "too nice" or caters to them. This is how you get cucked, or more familliar, how you get friend-zoned.
There is quite a bit more to it but those three things will help you in the short term. Be friendly, be confident, be funny, don't give a fuck. If they're not into you, fuck em. If you're friend zoned, DO NOT persist. Date someone else.
I don't know you so I can't say with authority, but it sounds like you're being too nice, too giving, and winding up friend zoned or otherwise used from the start. It sucks since you're probably a great guy but a female doesn't see it that way because: they're dogshit stupid. You have to game the system if you want to be more than a cuck.

OP, you sound kinda young. A woman you're chatting with doesn't owe you the entirety of your attention. This is a rough thing for most young guys to get over, but you need to get over it sooner rather than later.
