I have ciliac but didn't find out until I was 17, until then I just always felt sick and suffer from malabsorption so when I would eat I didn't get mutch nutrition from it anyway, grades 6 - 11 where absolute hell and I almost didn't get my diploma due to missing so much school, but grade 12 was much better and I worked my ass off including a summer class to catch up.

It was more my fault, I kind of just kept it to my self and assumed it was a flu, I did get it delt with until my mother dragged me to the doctor to see why I was doing so bad dispite myself not wanting to go.
I was wrong and now feel I really should have been more vocal.
I also didn't get glasses until I was 17 for the same reason, I never complain about my eye sight until I made an offhand common about haveing to manually focus all the time.
