Was really good. In some ways it was a little better than KFP3. I still think KFP3 beats it by a little though for the slightly more mature story.

I think it was better by than the second. It developed the main characters more. We got to see more of Po/Tigress and the stuff with the dads was really well done. The villain was kinda weak though in terms of character.

That scene was literally the scene on the boat in the second film rehashed.

Yeah I'll give it that but it did feel like they were going over emotional stuff that was covered in the second film a lot, like that really nice scene with Po and his dad talking about his mother was only as good as it was because of the second film.

It was a mistake to go from one of the best villains in an animated film for along time to the weak, boring character of Kai.
Also I thought the humor surrounding the Pandas in the Panda village was really weak and lowest common denominator and I felt the second's humor for the most part was handled better.
