i dont know. maybe it has something to do with how i was rised. here in finland it is quite stereotypical that people in general dont show emotion, when you are greeted by someone unknown, first thing that springs to mind is that he must be under the influence. generally when i go to a store and see the clerk smiling i think about how sad is it to force workers to be positive. showing negative emotion here is a almost rude, things like grief, anger, frustration, affection, empathy are things that are inappropriate in public. being short worded is prized. atleast, this is how things are in the northern parts.

Depends on my mood, I usually make them weichgekocht, whatever that means in English. Like the yolk will still be liquid, but warm. Then I eat that with bread and salt and pepper.
When I'm drunk or distracted I fuck that up tho, then they'll be hard but still delicious. Wish I could store them in a grill tho
