Its over priced and had an issue during the distilling process where plastic fumes mixed into several batches of the vodka from the distillery. If you do drink it, youll know you have a bad batch as it will have a slightly rubbery, bubble soup after taste

It's an acquired taste. Some people never really acquire a taste for it though, and only care about getting wasted. These are the fucks who drink Natural Ice and Jack Daniels. Guzzle enough of anything and you won't give a fuck about taste either.
I don't want to give the impression that you have to spend $300+ for a bottle of scotch or whatever, but the more expensive liquors usually are of higher quality. Up to a point, and you will find pleasant surprises on the lower end too. When you see rappers drinking $10k bottles of cognac, you know they have gone full retard, and it's all about fucking image, and not the quality. Try Johnny Walker Black label. It'll cost more than a bottle of Canadian Mist (and less than a decent single malt) but the difference in quality is very noticeable. Learn to drink it slowly, and savor it. It's not the best whiskey, but it's good enough to begin to appreciate whiskey with.
