The medication was just to help so I could adress it, I've also done counciling and other things to get over it, the medication is not a cure all just a means to help control it so I can solve it through other means, now the medication is no longer required so I've been tapper ing off it.
That's the problem with a lot of people who take anti depressents or what not, they see it as a cure and never adress it abd end up being on the meds for years and decades, you need both behavior modification and exturnal help as well as the meds to truly beat anxiety or depression.
