It was some 2 player game about two teams (red and blue) of black guys with afro haircuts.
They were putting each other in trash containers for points. There was a special NPC; black guy in green clothes.
He was worth more points than regular opponent brownies. It was early 3Dish. The map was just a regular city by night.
