Thanks dude, I'm working on it. Trying to give up soda, it's my biggest vice. I've dropped a couple pounds so far, but being busy with work, being sick, and being stressed has made it difficult for me to not eat fast food. Still, all down to willpower and me not eating right.

A dark roast by weight, because of the density of the bean after roasting will contain the same amount of more, because of how much they weigh. By scoop alone, which is how people generally measure their coffee, light roasts will contain more caffeine because of the level of caffeine in the beans after the roasting process. I do this for a living. Are you ever tired of being wrong?
