Seriously though, eyes are really hard.
For a start, maybe find a reference image to get the eyes a somewhat decent expression. Don't give up if it takes multiple times, and don't expect to get good at it without serious practice.

Well, that's the thing. I already have a reference image, and this drawing has taken upwards of 30hours. It's hyper-realism, so the eyes need to be perfect, and unfortunately I left them as the last thing I needed to draw. I'm considering using a grid as a guide, but I consider that cheating

Only thing I can spontaneously spot is that underside of the (in the pic) right eye doesn't really match. Maybe making the concave part less pronounce would fix that, it looks almost straight in the photo. That and the pupil + iris are a tad big maybe, but not really sure.
Again, my drawing skill goes nowhere near that level, so I may be terribly wrong here.

Its not. Doesn't help I was working when it was at its worst. Literally one wrong move away from passing out for a week straight. Went to doctors cause I took 3 days off from work cause I literally count not get out of bed.
