I'd say farming efficiently is the best thing you can focus on now. If you have a free lane or your opponent isn't being agressive towards you you really have no excuse to miss a last hit. A good metric to have is aroung 60 last hits when the game time hits 10 minutes. More than that you're doing great. 50 you're still doing fine. less than that then you better not be the carry or you've been pressured so its fine. Farm efficiently and you'll get out of the low ranks very fast
