>See a woman at the foot of my bed in the darkness, she's just staring at me, can't really make out her expression

>Lay down, immediately in sleep paralysis
>Hear bedroom door open and close, footsteps approach my bed
>Can't open eyes or move
>Bed violently starts shaking from left to right for 20 seconds, sleep paralysis so I can't open my eyes or move, heart beating extremely rapidly
>As soon as the bed stops shaking my sleep paralysis ends, quickly sit up and look around, no one in my room

I should mention it was an asylum/place for mentally ill/terminally ill people. The people were REALLY badly mistreated and a lot of them died. Definitely a breeding ground for a lot of bad energy/angry souls if ghosts are a real thing. Still not sure if a human being was there fucking with us and the building near us just happened to collapse but it was REALLY fucking spooky
