Even if you believe in multiple universes the fact is that the qualification for it to be panantheism necessarily requires for this "God" to be greater than the all of them and capable of doing it all again at its will if it chose. Now, what's more likely is that we are exclusively tied to this one dimension/universe for all intents and purposes. Even if "God" were greater than the culmination of multiple universes we would have the same answer, panentheism.
