Long story short, I had to cover a shift at a damn grocery store (I usually had a proper street beat working with cops) and a guy on amphetamine got aggressive toward staff. I banned him, he wouldn't leave, and then threatened me with a "gun" in his pocket. I broke his wrist with my baton without hesitation. There was no gun, either.
Unfortunately it was all out of view of the cameras, so I don't even have a fun video. Just me following him out of the store and him coming back for more out in the parking lot, which was also missed.
There were plenty of witnesses though, so I was backed up. He was charged, I was not.
Thank fuck that shit is over with... I have had a proper job for 6 years now, and live a much better life.

I was in elementary when I threatened to stab a friend with a pair of scissors as a joke. It was taken seriously and I was immediately admitted into the school-to-prison cycle.
In high school a kid from the same class took it upon himself to make an attempt at bullying, when I refused to back down from his heckling he immediately put words in my mouth and told the teacher I had threatened to stab him.
I was then refused admission to the multiple academic tournaments I was part of, expelled from school for two weeks, and then intentionally isolated from my friends as the school staff dissuaded other parents from allowing their children contact with me, all without proof.
