I've seen a lot of gore and grotesque things over the years. A lot of it pretty gritty and horrific, but over time you sort of become desensitized to horrific images. Or at least I do.
The worst video I've ever seen however didn't contain any horrific images. It was a Russian dashcam video of a family driving down the highway. If I remember right there's the man driving the car with his wife in the passenger seat and I think it may have been one of their parents or possibly friends in the backseat.
Anyways, they're driving down the highway when on the oncoming traffic lane a dump truck passes by and hits a pothole. The dumptruck was overloaded carrying a bunch of bricks, so when it hits pothole a brick comes lose and starts barreling towards the car.
You can hear what sounds like a normal conversation taking place. People are going back and forth. Everything seems perfectly normal and tranquil. When moments before impact someone spots the brick right outside the windshield before it hits and screams.
There's a loud crash. The car loses control for a brief second and then stabilizes. Suddenly the man apparently looks over to see his dead wife, presumably obviously dead from a brick smashed into her face. The screams you hear from him are horrific and honestly depress me a bit everytime I think of it. To be talking to someone and then an instant they're killed in a horrific way. Really saddening.
The guy goes hysterical and you can hear the people in the back desperately trying to calm him down.
I don't have the link to the video but I'm sure you can find it out there if you're so inclined. Just be warned that it's actually very sad. Take it from somebody who has seen a lot of gore videos over the years.

I think what actually is that the kids were using the same needle, and it appears that the first kid's blood is still in the syringe. If the other kid was not of the right blood type than his blood would coagulate in a process called aggulination. You can see that the boy seems somewhat pale by the end of the video, and is unresponsive. These are potential symptoms of the brain and body being starved of oxygen.
I'm just taking a stab in the dark here, but that's my guess.

Backstory is that it was filmed by an artist who wanted to bring awareness to what was happening in Russia with young kids getting into heroin. He asked for a grant/donation of some sort to help them out and he got it. Plot twist is the guy that was filming it was a drug dealer who was in control of the whole situation and asked for a grant to make a quick buck on the side. I think he either od'd or killed hinself in the late 90s, early 2000s.

It's not gore or blood or shit. It's dealing with what happened, how you react.
