In February i get my first panic attack and stopped smoking weed after 8 years daily, first 2 weeks i was panicking without reason, next 2 months intrusive thoughts, insomnia, constant anxiety... I've found that the last inch or so is the worst part of the joint, so I always put some tobacco in there for cushion and just don't bother smoking that part. Reducing the amount of paper I use also helps significantly.

Worst experience, the two times I greened out. First time was at home and eventually led to me throwing up, second one was after hitting a very nice bong for the first time at a party, several times in a row. Normally I had a fairly high tolerance, but I forgot I had not really smoked much at the time, and overestimated my limits. Ended with me vomiting a nights worth of food onto a bedroom floor, scooping it up with my hands to bring to the toilet, eventually clogging and unclogging said toilet, and cleaning for an additional 30 minutes so no one would know I did it. Whenever I green out, it feels like my mind is stuck on a carousel. My thoughts and imagination go way too fast, and it makes me dizzy and uncomfortable.
Best time was probably either the first 5 times doing it, or the first time I got a half ounce of some very very nice weed for $80. Overall I've had so many good experiences with weed though, it's one drug I never get tired of.

In the late 90s i was on probation for 6 months so took a break from smoking due to drug testing. I was the guy usually smoking everyone else up, so when it came time where my probation was coming to an end there were a bunch of people that wanted to return the favors. My friend Jerry (RIP) called me the morning of my last drug test and said to stop by his house after work and we'd get fucked up. So I get over there around 530ish and he pulls a 4 foot bong hooked to a gas mask out of his closet and packs it up. I barely cleared half of it and ran out his front door coughing so hard that I puked all over his driveway. I got the spins worse than any night of drinking ever gave me, went into an immediate panic attack, and continued to violently vomit and dry heave for the next hour laying in the fetal position in his yard. He decided it would be a good idea to try and bring me to the high school basketball game later that night, the assistant principal who was at the door to get into the gym took one look at me and said "I dont know what you're on but you're not coming in here." Jerry and the couple other people we had met up with had already gone in, and i had ridden with them so i spent the game sitting between 2 parked cars in the parking lot rocking back and forth and randomly throwing up every now and then until they came out.
So there thats about the worst one i can think of.

Ive got another one thats more funny involving Jerry. For our senior trip our grade chartered a couple busses from Boston to Montreal for the weekend, Jerry as usual was providing the weed for the weekend for our circle of friends. He only brought a half ounce because he was worried about getting over the border....but we had also heard that going into canada on a bus was better than in a personal vehicle (this is all before 9/11 by the way) So we get to the border, our bus is behind the first one....the first bus got a quick check and made it into canada no problem. We knew people on that bus were carrying pot as well so we thought we had it made....until we saw the dog being lead in a circle around ours. Jerry bugged out, grabbed his weed out of his backpack and started CHOWING DOWN. Just shoving whole buds into his mouth, chewing them up the best he could and washing them down with whatever liquids we could hand him. As the dog walked onto the bus he was chewing up the last fist full, and got it down somehow without puking. They never even brought the dog more than a 1/4 way down the bus and sent us on our way. So about a half hour later i look over at Jerry and he's pale as a ghost and holding one hand up in a fist like he was holding a flag or something. Asked if he was OK and he responded that he thought his head was a balloon and if he let go of the string it was gonna float away.
