It's not gonna be the established "youngling" training in the vein of Obi Wan or Quigon Gin. It's training by Luke, basically just him showing what he knows. Luke was not conventionally force trained either, just had some one on one time with Yoda and Obi Wan, not even enough to teach the conventional school of Jedi thought.
Also, if Rey is the daughter of Luke, the force runs *very* strong in that family. Anakin and Luke were not regular jedis, they were prodigies. She would obviously be on the "accelerated learning" program if you will.
She clearly already got some training from Luke's academy, that's why she appears almost fully trained as a force user. It's likely also why she's a god with mechanics and piloting.

Luke trained shooting a speeder almost daily, he used the force in an extremely basic way to help aim - which Obi Wan did teach him to do. and he didn't outrun Vader, nigger. Vader was about to kill him when Han saved him. When he actually did fight Vader, he got his shit kicked in and lost an arm - and that was after training with Yoda.
There is a difference of several orders of magnitude between that and Rey (with literally zero training) using telekinesis, mind manipulation, and defeating a trained sith - regardless of whether or not he was injured, he had just easily defeated a trained soldier.

Along with Rey already being trained at Luke's Jedi Temple (and her mind wiped after Kylo's massacre), I'd also venture to say the reason for Kylo's freakout was likely because Rey, being significantly younger than him, was showing significantly greater force aptitude than he did. It may be why Rey appears to be one of the few (if any) that survived.
It really does explain the whole Mary Sue thing. You could argue that Luke couldn't stand up to Vader but it's likely that Rey had been better all along, but that part of the history just hasn't been fleshed out yet.
I'd put the odds at 99% certainty that that's correct. Rey has already been trained at Luke's Temple and she had her mind wiped, it wouldn't surprise me if Rey is the very reason that Kylo's massacre didn't include both Rey and Luke himself.
