As far as I understand the situation, the problem isn't so much that Clinton directly wants to declare war on Russia as much as she wants to create a situation that will almost certainly provoke Russia into declaring war on America by enforcing a no-fly zone over Syria. As much as we fuck up ecosystems, we don't have nearly as much of an immediate and far-reaching impact as volcanic eruptions, shifts in the oceanic current, and others.

I used to think like that, but a lot of college resources are only available to those college students. I learned a lot in tertiary studies that I've since realised isn't published online. I guess it'd be different studying something that has a lot of free online resources, but for fields currently being researched you need to be where the action is if you want to know what's going on.
I definitely became a smarter person from going to college. Not physically per se - I've always been articulate and quick to process information, but in college I tackled ideas with more focus and attention than I knew was possible in high school. I realised I can stumble on an overlooked aspect of a concept I've known for years but haven't seen from a certain angle. There's always more to know, and there's always room to further shape one's opinions, so you should never settle on a belief and feel safe that it's right. You should always be thinking and questioning - and that's something I see significantly more from college graduates.
I'm not at all saying there aren't some genius people out there who never went to college - just that for most people it benefits the way they utilise their intellect.
