It's more of a regular thing for me, atleast. Life has its ups and downs and I feel them. I have usually tried to approach people about it, just I lose ways of describing it when i try. My head gets foggy and I find myself making excuses to get out of the situation. I usually try to fix my own problems because I don't want to dump them on other people.
