If you go to a teacher about it they literally do nothing. Maybe give whoever is fucking with you detention that they won't go to, then they fuck with you even more after that.
Now, in the old days it wasn't so bad because you could get in fights and it was considered normal, now days though if you hit someone you're basically public enemy number 1. So, let's say the cop tries to disarm the kid who is most likely mentally unstable, and unpredictable. Then the cop gets stabbed during the process and is unable to do anything else.
