I'll try to give a serious answer as someone who has hired a team of great employees. First, are you making it to the interview stage? If not, your resume is probably put together poorly--lots of advice online to help you with that. Once I've invited you for an interview the most important trait I'm looking for is personality/cultural fit. I need to feel like you will fit in well with my team. Different personalities are better for different jobs, companies, industries, etc. so hopefully you're applying for jobs that suit yours, or you gotta boost your acting skills. Also, don't be too formal, don't give boring answers that you think employers want to hear, just be yourself. The last person I hired said they thought they had blown it when I asked what they do for fun and they answered "I like to go to wine tastings." That told me they were honest, probably fun, and that the person I was speaking to in this interview was the person I would actually end up working with.

Sorry, this is a disorganized, but I hope you may take something from it.

I suggested the hiring center.

Are you okay with illicit income? You could buy a zip, flip it and continue. Keep it under your states felony possession weight when transporting it and you'll never have a problem.

Beyond that, I'd suggest going to every gas station, car lot, and movie theater you can.

Learn to sell cars and you can make a decent living, and the car lots here are ALWAYS hiring.

If ALL else fails, maybe offer someone to work for cash under the table at like $5-6/hr. This should be your last resort though, just to stay fed.

I'm a firm believer that if I build my teams with the RIGHT people, not necessarily the ivy league grad, I will get done what I need to get done.

Hmm... What kind of jobs are you applying for? Almost everything you've written emphasizes your knowledge of German, and there's actually little else. 24 years old, I have a double masters degree in finance and investment

Social Media Manager & general tech/customer support guy for a "newly founded" company fighting food waste from restaurants.

I basically work whenever I want to, or whenever it's really urgent (which it rarely is). I make ~6500 dollars monthly.

I could probably make more putting my degrees to work - but who the fuck would want to work more for things you basically don't need.

Understandable. Just don't give up. The car lots here offer full training and everything for people with no experience. If you walk in there and actually display your knowledge somehow, I'd bet you'd have the job. And it's commission, so the sky is the limit if you're good.

Just have faith. At my lowest point I had -$400 in my account. Now I make a decent living working for myself. If someone like me, who has zero related skills or experience can make it, I have faith you can too.

Ive never been to college a day in my life, IT is a field where if you know your shit, you will have no issues getting a job. And there are disciplines in there where a certification, particularly the Cisco ones, still hold a lot of weight.

That's not to say you can slack at all - if you dont keep up learning new things, you will get left behind. That applies regardless of whether or not you have a degreee.

Check all your official shit. Lots of places find it cheaper to run a background/driving record check and eliminate people before the interview stage.

Tone back the "German" stuff to "I can read, write, and fluently speak German."
I'm impressed, but you sound like someone I wouldn't want to work with. Like you're over educated and overly proud of it. Not saying dumb it down, but that's a lot of information a potential employer doesn't need to know.
Is there anything besides German you're good at? Maybe your GPA? How long did you stick with the German club? Longevity matters. If they don't think you're going to stick around for very long, they won't want to invest in training you.
Anyways, in its current form, try applying for work with a concessioner in a National Park (if you're an Amerifag). There's lots of people from Europe and most of the time they'll hire on 0 experience.
Yosemite or the Grand Canyon are two good ones. Zantera and Aramark are the concessionaires I think?
