Well, what I feel for her can be called infatuaton. She initiated the first contact (which, her being at least 8/10 seemed odd to me), I got scared - she realised I'm inexperienced and we never got together. I never got over it. Seriously though, that analysis is purely based on her appearance and the way chicks like her usually act at the bar. You knowing her on a more familiar basis probably changes that, so that advice should be taken with a MASSIVE grain of salt. The point is to just not be boring. If she's into you, you can do things with that, but having known you for a while you might also seem boring.
The advice I WOULD be confident in would be to ask her out more firmly. Don't give her the room to back out. If she's really insistent on not wanting to, she's still not going to show. If it's something more superficial, she might come just to avoid standing you up. That kind of thing has worked well for me in the past when I've had a girl who was into me but avoided actual dating.

It can be, but it really depends on the girl. Half the time it's pretty down to business, just getting to work and getting done, but occasionally you get a model who takes her personality to work, which can be fantastic, but is usually annoying as hell.
